Empty Aspirations kicking me out before i can recieve the chest when 5 min avail

so basically the title speaks for itself

square enix or dev team id like to report a claim that twice i was booted from the battlefield after i had defeated the boss first time was solo and second i was duoing with a friend and as soon as the boss Anamestic Vault was killed recieved a text including japanese and says you collected 10,490 memories in this battle and kicks us from the area not allowing us to see nor open a chest of any kind.

id expect square enix would like to take quick action in this matter since its essentially just screwing players.

2. Beat the battlefield within the set time limit had 5 minutes left
3. upon defeating the notorious monster anamnestic vault was kicked from the zone with the monsters name folowed by some Japanese Symbols then another line of text 10490 memories were collected with no option of a treasure chest appearing.
4. this has happened twice and frankly i think you shouldn't release things in game unless they work because right now the kcnm is just stealing Kindred Crests.

to be honest i don't see how the template has any relevance considering my computer / internet isn't the problem to me it seems its developer error
