Thunderspark and Pugils

Thunderspark is currently broken. Its are of effect will not hit multiple Pugil-type monsters in Toraimorai Canal and Cape Terrigan for sure. Have not been testing it everywhere, but this is very annoying. So far out 10 tries, I've got 1 Thunderspark to hit multiple Pugils, and it was the situation of having 1 Pugil on one side of Ramuh, and the other 2 behind him.

Date & Time: November 13th night time, 14th daytime/afternoon, 15th all day
Frequency: 100%, I did later figure out the basics of it and it does reappear 100%
Character Name: Mubokubo
Race: Tarutaru
World: Bahamaut
Main Job: Summoner
Support Job: Red Mage
Area and Coordinates: Toraimorai Canl near Full Moon Fountain and by the beach in Cape Terrigan
Party or Solo: Solo, then party
NPC Name: ---
Monster Name: Pugil Family in general, did not occur on Crabs in the same areas.
Steps:
1. Engage with Ramuh
2. Gather multiple Pugils. Has to be done by re-engaging other Pugils.
3. With Pugils in front of you, use the Blood Pact: Thunderspark. This will only damage the targeted pugil.

HOWEVER, if the Pugils are not in front of Ramuh, and are behind him instead, Thunderspark will hit them, as well as the target. This also occured for another player that was helping me out, Snowtwister, for her Thunderspark. She also had access to Shock Squall, which is NOT affected by this glitch.
