Roleplayers - Are you still out there?

Here's a shot in the dark:

I know many roleplayers have moved on to FFXIV and participate in the community there, but I was just wondering if any roleplayers were still around on FFXI?

I'm currently on Titan, which will soon be merging with Phoenix.

There are, I was actually waiting for some world forums to open up before posting about our LS here, although since you brought it up I think now might be as good a time as any. ^^

I organize the RP LS based on Siren, Tales of Vana'diel. We've been going steady for about two years now, and most of us are planning to be RPing in FFXI for some time. In terms of our theme and whatnot, our RP is sort of a retelling of the game's main storyline, about a group of adventurers getting caught up in all the missions and plotlines and quests, etc. That isn't the entire focus though, its moreso that the game's storyline provides a framework that we build our own storyline off of. We have a lot of 'social RPs' (non-mission centered) for characters to develop themselves and their own plotlines, etc. In terms of our membership, we currently have about 9 members who RP on a fairly regular basis.

I'm on Cait Sith, soon to be Ragnarok, and I've always wanted to roleplay on FFXI. Unfortunately I was never able to find an RP-friendly shell, so most of my FFXI-related RPing ends up going over other websites or AIM... :c
