Any way to check completed assaults?

I've essentially just finished the PFC Rank Evaluation, but I recently, (relatively recently), came back to the game. I have no idea which assaults I've completed. I left the game before WoTG and Abyssea came out and I lost the .xml file I had been using, years ago, to track my Assault Progress.

Is there really no way to check this? On the LS Community Profile? In-game? I've searched quite extensively, and can't seem to find anything.

Any advice is much appreciated!

It's under Missions / Aht Urhgan. There are all missions related to ToAU and Assault listed.
But you have to check for yourself what's a regular storyline mission and what's an assault mission.

FFXIAH has a couple of checklists, including one for assaults: http://www.ffxiah.com/player/Bismarck/Kristal#assaults.

You will have to check them off manually, but once you did that it's much easier to coordinate runs for completion.
