unable to log in on my character

I was doing Wings of the Goddess missions and I was zoning into Jugner Forest(which when i enter it is suppose to start a cs) well i disconnected during downloading section and now when i try to log in as this character she won't load at all it just gives me that message "Cannot connect to server/Network is busy" I logged into my other character completely fine. I've tried logging in on my PS2 and my laptop. It isn't letting me in anywhere. I've called a gm and they told me to do this cause they don't know what to do. Big surprise.... What the heck do i do?

i had the exact same problem i just waited a couple hours and it finally let me in
