Unable to Log in Lower Jeuno - Multiple PC's

Details"
Zoned in to Lower Jeuno from Mog house. Got "Downloading data..." message, Sat for a while, Disconnected. Everytime i log back in, i get the same black Downloading Data screen.

Walked to Lower Jeuno From Upper Jeuno on my Mule, Now its booted off and won't log in, This was in an attempt to see if it was just my Main who was boned.

Tried from multiple PC's to log back in, Both Characters. I Could not. Called a GM From my mule (Before sending my Mule into the Void of Lower Jeuno as well) hoping to move me from lower jeuno, They sent me an auto-reply saying its a technical issue, Since both of my Characters on multiple PC's can't log in, I've got no where else to go!

As far as the Obvious questions:

I've ran a file check - Its clean

Steps:
Zoned out of Mog House Into lower Jeuno.
Also:
Walked into Lower Jeuno from Upper Jeuno.

Date & Time:
2:30PM EST

Frequency:
Not sure how to classify this. Since the error happened, Its not letting me on.

I have run into the same problem Karbuncle. Although i can say its not an ISP thing since my BF is in game atm. I teleported from sea to Holla and am stuck zoning into La'Thine. When i try to log in I get a message saying sever isn't responding and timed out messages.

yeah this has been discussed about already, SE are looking at re introducing taxes into jeuno bazaars and temporarly suspending port J's AH

Forgive me If I'm missing something obvious >_>

How does Suspending Port J's AH have to do with Lower Jeuno Being inaccessible and the guy above you DC'ing when they teleported D:?

Not trying to sound like an arse, genuinely wondering if im missing something obvious

yeah sorry thats my bad, i must've auto thought port when seeing this, but in general, the plans SE have i think is to try and relieve jeuno congestion in general, so hopefully less freezes, but then again could just b another bug, but i tend to freeze alot in a very laggy area, not sure if lower is busy your end, but dont see alot of lag compared to port in lower on bahamut

Looks like TimeWarner was the culprit.

There were threads about it at other forums. It resolved itself in 4-5 hours or so.

Quite annoying still. All good
