Our group have been having problems with it's Ballistic Kick. When we get stripped and Encumbered. It wears off but still won't allow us to equip our gear. 2 of us had to zone Abyssea just to get it to equip our gear. This is completely not normal...

2. When he did Ballistic Kick on Zaga he was lock from putting on his equip still even with encumberance off. He suicide, flux and wouldn't let him. So he zoned abyssea and then it allowed him to
