Gandiva abyssea bow lvl 90.

Recently i got my abyssea bow Gandiva. While it was lvl 85 outside abyssea i tested numerous gear to find highest damage. After awhile i was doing a constant 2560 ws with Jishnu's Radiance. we did the upgrades to take it to lvl 90 now it does 1300 damage constantly on same mobs as the lvl 85 did 2560. Is this a bug or is it broken in damage like the annihilator was and needs updated?

When i have 100+tp i switch into my dexterity weaponskill gear and use Jishnu'sRadiance. When i use the weaponskill with the level 85 Gandiva my damage was 2560 on both Divine Beetle and Sauromugue Skink. Now that I have the level 90 Gandiva my weaponskill will not go any higher then 1300-1400, i have tried the weaponskill with beserk, warcry, sharpshot, flashy shot and velocity shot, ammo was kabura arrows and weaponskill with the level 85 Gandiva did 2560+. Using the same abilities and ammo it will only do 1300-1400 with the level 90 Gandiva. I have tried numerous attempts using more dexterity gear and no difference was seen. My armor sets are (for tp) full sylvan +2 vulcan's staff axe grip or rose strap(depending if i want to do 5 or 6 hit) Sylvan scarf, Clearview earring,Volley earring, Bellona's ring, jalzarahn ring, Impulse belt, Terebelum mantle, Gandiva and Kabura arrows. For weaponskill i use Sylvan head +2 vulcan's staff axe grip or rose strap, Gandiva, Kabura arrows, Loki's keftan, Hachiryu kotes, Light gorget, moonshade earring (range attack +4 tp bonus +25), clearview earring, Bellona's ring, Rajas ring, Vigilance mantle +1, scout's rope, Byakko haidate, and scout's sock +1. All of the armor i listed was used at level 85 Gandiva and at the level 90 Gandiva. The testing was done on atleast 30 of each monster that i listed plus a few taber beaks and Damage for the level 90 was still under the damage i was doing with the level 85. So please if this is a glitch or the weaponskill itself is under powered please let me know. Thank you.

Have you taken a look at how many arrows you're shooting with the WS? Perhaps you're killing the monster with only your first hit, giving you the idea that you're doing less damage.

It takes all 3 arrows everytime i weaponskill.

Also when i was doing the 2560+ it used all 3 arrows as well, and the lvl 90 is using 3 arrows. When i am using my annihilator which is lvl 90 on the same mobs as i did with the Gandiva it does 3100+, yes i know it only uses 1 bullet but still how do i go from 2560+ to 1300 and only thing that changed was the level of the weapon. It has to be under powered I remember not so long ago that it took SE awhile to realize that Annihilator was under powered and needed to be fixed, so they did a maint to fix it. This bow maybe in the same situation.
