View Full Version : the 30 day payment and what it's doing to low income people

I am on social security income and today I tryed getting on my account to find out that I could not play because there where 31 days this month and not just 30, all my content id's where cancled Oct 30th I only get payed once a month on the first of every month and I kinda find it unfair that I get cancled on the 30th of months that have 31 days, I am used to paying on the first and not having to worru untill the next first of the month, I got really bummed out when I logged fn this morning and was informed I had no content id's

I had to use my husbands account information to post on forums because of this also

se plese please fix this so people like me and my husband can play all month and not worry about getting cut off a day early....:(

Agreed they should have about a 2-3 day grace period due to situation such as this

Happened to me. Only I had money clear from my paypal account into my bank account on the 28th... but SE decided all on it's own to cancel my countent id's on the 29th so I had to re-activate my accounts on the 30th. ~_~ Apparently they start the payment process days before the actual payment should be made. Or at least through C&B, which I'm using.

I get an email a few days before my payment is processed letting me know that it's about to come up. Gives me time to add more crysta if i need to.

They need to add a fixed day payment option, where you pay whatever is needed to play up to the same day next month.

So on Januari 1st, you pay for 31 days. On Februari, 28 days. (If you started paying on the 29th~31st, your next payment will be the last day on the next month. Monthly costs will vary according to the number of days actually paid for.
