Auto Translator problem need help please

i am in the U.S., IN, EST time zone.. pol languages set to english, everything i find or have checked is set to english.

i just noticed this a couple days ago but everything i see in auto translate is coming to me or posting as i assume japanese.. when i try to autotranslate something and hit enter it appears to me as japanese.. does anyone know how i can get this turned back to the auto translate appearing in english?

have i done or clicked something to change that? how can it be undone?

3rd party programs? that your answer to everything? dont use them and figured out what had happened.. when i had logged into my laptop to run the game then back into my desktop the settings got switched. when i started diggin through my settings rechecking everything some of them had switched to japanese when i thought they were still english. so unless your saying windows vista and 7 not cooperating are the 3rd party programs..
