Details: I have not logged into game since around April 2011, I completed the account transfer and downloaded the latest version updates yesterday and logged into the game this morning, everything seemed fine at first but after around 1 minute I got the standard windows crash message saying playonline viewer was not working and it then auto closed.
Steps:
1. Logged into playonline viewer then into final fantasy XI, viewed various items in mog house, zoned out to port windurst and game crashed.
2. Logged back into pol viewer then into ffxi, presumed zoning had caused an issue and so stayed within 1 zone, game crashed again after roughly 1 minute.
3. Logged back into pol viewer then into ffxi, warped to port jeuno, started to rest to gain swift shoes and game crashed again, (again roughly 1 minute logged in)
4. Logged back into pol viewer then into ffxi, swift shoes was active from prior login, zoned from port jeuno to lower jeuno, then to upper jeuno, then to Ru'lude gardens, game crashed again after around 1 minute of being logged in.
