Gudanna (Elite page) will not pop

For the past week, I've been popping Gudanna in hopes of learning Thunderbolt. Generally, each day, I buy an elite page 4, and trade 1,000 gil to the ??? at E-7 in Behemoth's Dominion.

Tonight, when trying to trade 1,000 gil, after buying the page, nothing happens! I haven't popped it yet today, and also, no message comes up saying that I can't do it again, which it should if I was trying to do it more than once in a day.

Anyone else having problems with this pop?

What? I appreciate that it's a standard format, but how is any of this relevant? Not like you can only pop a NM if you have 4GB+ modem speed.

I'd love for it to be a PS2 only thing though XD. Just more ammo in the magazine XD
