Below are lists of things I'd like changed/improved/added. It would be neat for some of these ideas to be implemented.

Field Chocobos

Be allowed to register your raised chocobo to be used by rental NPCs (crags etc). Would be nice if the rental fee was less or none.
Allow chocobos to be called in all/most outside zones (WotG, CoP snow zones, etc).
If there's an issue with allowing chocobos to be used in snow zones, perhaps allow chocobos to "merit" being able to endure/traverse terrain. Or make it based on chocobo color.
Increase max movement speed of raised chocobo. Right now with max stats and the appropriate abilities, chocobos are only the same speed as a rental.
Allow racing silks to break movement cap.
Create a way to outfit your chocobo with cool armor, gear, or item packs.
Make Chocobo Whistles have an unlimited charge and no cooldown/shorter cooldown.
Ideally make calling a chocobo an itemless Job Ability-type action that's instantcast.

Chocobo Breeding/Raising

Cut the time it takes to raise a chocobo.
Reset the day at JP midnight, and not at the exact moment.
Allow multiple chocobos to be raised at a time. Either one in each stable, or multiple in one stable.
Ability to raise a chocobo, then sell the VRS Certificate to another player (just remove the EX stamp from the certificate.)

Chocobo Racing

Have the C1-4 races timers reset at JP midnight.
Ideally, allow two races in one day, or more.
More, exciting races.
Add more prizes to C1 races(or the new races)--perhaps an AoE Pullus Torque.

Chocobo Digging

Get rid of fatigue, or raise the cap significantly.
Alternatively, tag digging fatigue onto a chocobo's stats, allowing personal chocobos to dig much more.
Allow the Chocobo Hot and Cold mini-game to be played more often.

XIV has spoiled me in this regard. I'd love to see some of these changes.
