new icons?

I've seen some ppl running around with an icon that is a yellow and green feather looking thing. I've never seen that before, anybody got any ideas on what this is now?

While not new, except for those who have been gone for a few years, I am still going to offer Level Sync (http://ffxi.gamerescape.com/wiki/Level_Sync).
Or rather just making sure it is not this what you are talking about... Is it? Not sure if one can make a feather out of that but I guess it's possible!

Actually, I just saw someone with that symbol by their name a few hours ago on Sylph. I had no idea what it was and neither did my friend. I'm going to assume that this is what the OP is talking about.

Even if it isn't, I'd still like to know what that symbol means.

Its not the level sync icon, but it is that feather. I had never seen it before. And I see later in the thread as to what is, thank you Dragoy..
