So been seeing a lot of RMT building back up lately, maybe because they see how the game is going back to old ways or because FFXIV failed so hard. Regardless there are mass numbers of them leveling up via GoV and aby now, wondering how Square will overeact this time.

I can see the current ways of making gil being nerfed pretty hard soon, dyna farming/choco blinker nerfs inc!

They probably will, people pay 100k an hour for it and RMT just have to undercut normal FC players to get them all.

They are definately making a comeback though, and there has never been a better time for them to try. STFU seems pretty much out of commision, very very easy ways to make gil if you do it 24/7, a playerbase ok with buying pretty much anything...from xp/armors/seals etc.

Not sure people will care as much this time since the it's nowhere near the same game or morals behind playing that there used to be. Only reason I care myself is cause I fear the idiocy of STFU on normal players (gardening bans anyone?).

Voidwatch is making it so that Cruor is getting eaten up, and if you don't have cruor you can pour gil into it too.

Not to mention the craftables from VW are anywhere from 2~30mil on asura. Let alone the prices of actual useful RA gear from VW.

Well as easy as gil is most still seem to have very little. Given the last update and the silly prices of new gear/spells I'd say quite a lot might be tempted to buy gil again, something sure did spark the rmt up again anyway.

While some aspects of the cruor system might be susceptible to RMT, do you seriously think RMT will start doing VW in large groups, and coordinate enough to proc and kill what are currently the toughest mobs in the game when even shout groups have issues doing such? As I said in another thread, if they can even last more than 2 minutes in a VW fight, heck, they deserve to RMT the spoils :P

I almost always make a net profit in Cruor from Voidwatch considering I don't use cells on fights that don't drop anything I want =/.

A full proc'd T4 Part 1 NM drops 15,500 Cruor, while costing 18,000 cruor for 6 cells. At most you're losing 2,500 cruor/fight if you use 3Red/3Blue on every single fight.

If you skip up to T3 part 2 NMs, you're making 16,600 Cruor/fight while spending the same 18,000, a loss of 1,400 Cruor/fight assuming you use 6 cells every single time.

It takes 143 Pils in a row with maxed Cells to equate to the Cruor consumption of a single Primeval brew =/.

Cruor for Atmacites is a one-time purchase as well, which comes to a negligible cost over time. 500,000 Cruor? That's maybe an hour of two of cruor farming if I didn't already have a billion extra Cruor from farming Empyrean weapons and crap anyways.

The only way for the RMT control the market again, and put us trembling is

Raising the prices the gear 40 - 50 Millions and the people be very ignorant for pay 50 millions for 0.5% in perfomance boost -_-

a Armor body with 15 str and 15 attack. Price 2 millions now.

A new armor RMT put it 50 millions. 17 str and 17 attack. And actualy you see noobs buying it for 50 millions then Yes the we have fear RMT.

square enix give us "Unlimited gil" buying items with crour and selling them To npc. If they dont NERF This, RMT never will have the control again. Unlimited gil for the players = RMT fail

And yes in my server there already Shouts for FC spot for gils. This usually is lazy people dont know, with Grounds of valor you can hit lv 75 in 5 days and then lv 75 - lv 95 in 1 day abbysea.

Dont fear the RMT. Fear the people will pay 50 - 80 millions for the gear

In a FC burn you can get from 30-75 in 10-15 hours (ones I joined might have sucked tbh), in a Whisker burn you can get from 30-75 in 4-6 hours. GoV is ncie for a change but considering I walked away with 100-300k Cruor from those 100k/hr(at the priciest) I was still makeing more gil than I spent or breaking even. There's lazy and there's being efficient in getting a job leveled while you do other things outside of the game, it all depends on how you view it.

Not everyone has tons of cruor. I personally don't enter Abyssea anymore, and had used all my cruor up previously on helping people get things.

On the other hand you really don't need atmacite anyway. Nobody in my Ls has bothered upgrading any of it because we've had no problems killing the mobs and it's a waste of cruor.

There was a RMT fell cleave in mis today while we were working on boss pops. There was enough of them to lag the penguin area for people.(Not me. ^^)

Try Atmacite of Discipline with a half-decent Corsair and try calling it minimal again.

Though yes, the vast majority of atmacite (like atma as well) are crap.
