Noctoshield for diabolos still at lvl90 only absorbs up to 13 damage even at lvl 90, this is a totally useless BP now, it really needs an increase in the dmg it can reduce. diabolos was the hardest avatar to obtain for me and now i never use it unless to use its favor.

Been saying that since 2006.
SE asked for opinions around summer regarding the ward potency, so they've been recently informed as well.

So it is one of those "5 years in the works" things that we SMNs usually have in the oven. I'd predict it will come update summer 2012.

Completely agree. Potency is now ~ 1/3 of what can be achieved with phalanx 2
