In my account settings I have selected the option to display no avatar. However, all my posts are currently displaying an avatar.

Same. I've never had an avatar, nor has it ever been selected on anything else other then "no avatar." Yet, now there is an unselected avatar on all of my posts.

SE is no longer in favor of letting people choose their avatar. You can't pick anything but what your ingame character is now. I've brought it up earlier, but no reply from any community reps yet.
