Ok so before while using the old system. It was a simple monthly cost for my service. Now that we had to basically switch to Clink and Buy system. Seems its a INTL fee being charged. (I am in USA)

$0.42 is what will be charged extra. Times that by 2 since I have 2 accounts. Now that seems rather off... Anyone had a discussion yet about this? Just wondering. Planning to write support about this too. I hate companies that tell you to pay "x" but dont let you know a out of country fee may apply when they give you the cost in USD.

click and buy claim they charge a 5.9% interchange fee be really charge around 7% as they take a goofy exchange rate. Normal Credit card would charge a maximum of 3%. This end up being as a hidden price increase as SE changed and impose this payment Method.

You aren't supposed to be being charged any fees. It is not a "hidden price increase", SE does not get that money, and since it isn't supposed to be being charged, SE instructed you to contact them about it, as SE said that there are not supposed to be any fees from using C&B to pay.

This was just posted today:

In September, we identified an issue wherein certain customers using ClickandBuy as their means of paying fees for various services were being assessed an international transaction fee by their banks. Since then, we have worked vigorously with ClickandBuy to resolve this issue for affected customers and prevent it from reoccurring in the future. We are happy to announce that this has been accomplished.

We thank you for your understanding and patience regarding this matter.

Well, looks like it didn't work. I have 5 INTL transaction fees on my account from the 12th (the day I reactivated my account, payed past due from 2 years ago etc etc).

If it's not fixed now, and was supposed to be done over two weeks ago, be prepared to see the charges again.
