Hello, apologies in advance if this is the wrong section.
Now then, I have a problem. You see, my old computer (the one with FFXI) got a virus, it stole my fathers e-mail, now this links into the real issue. I need to install FFXI on the new one that I will (finally) be getting today, but... several years back my friend took my original XI discs/reg. codes and...well I don't know, I believe he destroyed them as a prank :P
I do have a copy of the ultimate collection here though, it was my little brothers. He doesn't play, but he already used the reg. key on it...Can I use these discs to install/register the expansions or will I need to contact SE for the codes, or... Plug my old comp. back in and access POL with it from there (after I hunt down/destroy that virus >.>;)

I believe the codes are linked to your account already so you should be fine. I've lost my disc(s) several times from moving and had to re-buy and install multiple times.

you can use any disks to install on any pc / ps2 / 360 , what you WILL need is your POL info including password , youll then need to make an SE account link them both and set up your new billing info * this should take you between 10mins - 1hour depending on pc literacy*. at which point you will be able to log in.

Thanks ^^, I already have my billing info changed and my account switched over and such, I tried to play after the whole billing system and account transfer change, but the virus started to hit (and...something from my computer turned the monitor blue, playing this game with a blue tint is nigh impossible)
