Exactly as the title says, I think that with all the focus away from the mainland since ToAU it's been really hard to get any Conquest points.
The other areas all have other ways for you to get their respective points outside of parties, but the only methods for conquest are supply runs which only give a max of 70 points, and expeditionary force, which requires strict guidelines on level caps and party size.
