Ok. I've been trying recently to get the torque off this guy. Today alone, I popped it 12 times total. No luck on the torque.

Has SE recently done something to break this NM or am I just having the worst luck ever?

Outside Jailers were "fixed" but used to be just as bad. Inside Jailers are terrible and I can only assume it's because it's a single pop item (low drop rate itself) and you can spam it.

Assuming you can make it to the ??? and get lucky with PH etc.

I still don't think I've seen the astute cape drop and I've probably only killed that aern 50 times.

oh ive gotten 5 in about 40 kills but still thats 7 capes since i got sea access in late 06/ early 07.

0/15 the other day for a mule ffs. I know it took me 1 year to get it from sea back in the day, but that was due to poping one or 2 per week only. Thats retarded. All of those with TH8+ of course.

Cant really complain considering how easy it is to pop versus other jailers. Still sucks. Fortunately, in sea, higher tier jailers have a much higher rate ( 1/5) and love very good ( 1/2).

it's intentional, i think. i've never seen a faith torque drop. your best chance is getting a bunch of mules ready for the next mog lottery.

Well, I finally did get the torque. 1/22. Not as bad as some horror stories people have posted about drop rates, but still bad enough. It was just getting on my nerves and we (my pt) were starting to think it was broken. Then I get a tell that one of the guys I was with for mine just went 1/1 on another one.
