nusku's sash missing

myself and 3 of my mates killed karkinos on Oct 4, 2011 at 7:38 PM EST. The drops for this fight were 1 voyage stone, 1 Nusku's Sash, and 1 Shitotsu Hachimaki. I lotted on the sash and my m8s passed. Thestone went to and inventery aswell as the Hachimaki however the sash did not go to my inventory. I looked for any system messages telling me what happened to it but there were none. Please assist

Did the sash drop before the stone and hachimaki? If not was your inventory filled by the other drops before the sash dropped? Was there an offchance your alliance/party broke before the sash dropped but not before the stone/hachi?

I've lost a few items from these happening, so it's important to think about what exactly happened, and consider the possibility of these happening somewhere during the process that may have caused you to lose it. If none of these apply it's always good to say so when submitting a bug report and try and include as much detail as possible so SE can try and pinpoint the issue.

I appoligize. i will remember to include more detail next time. The stone dropped first and we let the hachi drop on its own. I had a total of 15 inventory spaces avaliable when we killed the boss. After i lotted i went back into treasure after a moment to check and see if it had fell into my inventory tyet. It did not show up there. I thin checked my own inventory and it was not there either. Nty nates checked there inventorys and none of them had it either.

Did you actually see the lot message on the sash? How much did you lot?
If you accidentally passed, then it would disappear just as you described.

i was in this party and the sash disappeared there was no message that "you do not have the ability to obtain this item" the item was in the lots and then was just gone ... we all passed the stone he lotted the sash and when I myself went to pass the sash it wasnt even in the inventory. I know this as we speak on ventrilo and I was waiting to make sure that mord had enough inventory space before i passed. when he confirmed he had the space i went to pass and it was not there...
we then waited for the head piece to drop normally and it did and still no sash drop.

I was aalso in this party I passed everything apart form the jewel I alraedy had the sash so could not lot on it I passed it and warped out after the jewel had dropped'then was told that the sash had disappeared have never seen anything like this happen before

That's the message you get when the item is assigned to a person that can't receive it (full inventory, rare restriction).
When you ALL pass an item, no message is given.

Given the testimonies so far, I suspect you accidently passed on the sash after lotting it, if not outright passing first.

I wish that were the case because atleast then i can blame myself and get over it. It isnt however. Im 100% sure i did not pass the sash, i passed a mercy kris once apon a time and from then on ive been very anal about paying attention when i lot stuff. Unfortunatley this was a game glich, one that im hoping can be remedied.

Noone reported anything like this problem, so I'll remain doubtfull of your 100% surity. You might THINK you lotted, when you actually passed. That could have been by your own hand, laggy interface, or something else entirely.

But I can tell you one thing: you will not get reimbursed for items not dropped. It has to be logged, and I doubt they log player lots/passes on items, only if they obtain or drop it.
