Can't Teleport Back to Home Nation At Outposts?

Hello. The recent update allows us to keep our Outposts when we switch allegiances. Every time I go to an Outpost after having switched nations, however, the NPC that you speak to in order to teleport home will never give you the option to teleport back to your home nation. When is this issue going to be corrected or are there even plans to correct it?

Frequency: As often as I visit outposts and speak to the NPC to teleport home. Frequency varies depending on what I'm doing.

Area and Coordinates: All regional outposts (I would hope the developers know the coordinates of the outposts <.<)

Steps:
1. Attempted to tele back to home nation at several outposts
2. Asked other players if they were having the problem, to which everyone said yes
3. Submitted request to have the issue fixed on the forums. I noticed it was in "current known issues" after the September update, but the recent patch didn't fix it?
