World Transfer

Bought a world transfer today from Asura -> Phoenix... about 4 hours ago and it still hasn't gone through.

Even though on the S.E account management site it says my character is already on phoenix, yet when I log in she's still on Asura. Or at least that was the case. Now it won't even connect me to the Asura server whatsoever.

Server transfers aren't instant. However, it seems your character is currently in transit, since you can no longer access it on Asura. Just pray the intern doesn't us the USB stick with your data as a stirring stick for his coffee :D

I'm having the EXACT same issue. Hoping its resolved after today's maintenance.
