The Scroll of Boost-STR listed on the Auction House has the following text:
Teaches the white magic Boost-STR. Enhances Vitality for party members within area of effect.

Basing this on all the other Boost scrolls, this should read:
Teaches the white magic Boost-STR. Enhances Strength for party members within area of effect.
