On Sabbatical Quest Cut scene Blackout Error 414694

Frequency: Everytime I try to view the CS. Tried 4 times blackscreen occurred in the same section of the dialogue when the npc recalls the last time he went to search for schultz.

Steps: Happens while trying to view the cut scene for Klimaform. Occurred in same part of the dialogue everytime. Error code: 414694
