Rounsey Wand where art thou

So it's 2 days after the update and I start to go though my dbox looking for my item. After cycling though two and a half times i realize its not there. I then look on a mule of mine which is a separate account and he has it.

My main character was signed up for the new payment plan probably a week before my mule was, so whats going on?

I am also missing my rounsey wand, and I switched like 2 days after they made the switch available.

Sorry to keep you waiting for your Rounsey Wands! We are currently making preparations to begin distribution starting tomorrow. However, since we will be delivering these sequentially, there might be some differences in delivery timing from person to person. Thanks for your understanding :)

Been over a week now, and I haven't received the wand on any of my accts? Are they still being distributed?

Me too. I changed my account to SE a day after the switch was available. I still don't have a rounsey wand on any of my characters. SE will probably pull a lying bs move saying we didn't change our accounts in time.

yea, i changed my acct 3-4 days after it was available, and still nothing. called a GM and he said that he had no info on them delivery times

I found a wand in my dbox yesterday.. each of my mules as well. The wands are in the wild!

still no wand. whats going on SE? changed over and registered with Click and Buy on August 10th, so i was in the window and still nothing

if I transferred to the square enix system on time (in advance) and perfectly on time, way way before it was too late, but Had my credit card frozen for certain unrelated reasons (i.e. that the game was turned off on the 13th of Sept.) and then returned to the game November 2nd. Am I eligible for receiving my wand since technically I transferred to the new system previously? I would like to know. If I don't get this rounsey wand I suppose it's okay, yet I would really like one. (I'm mostly just glad I got my Destrier Beret, but hey who wouldn't want this cool wand? I love FFXI, and I am dedicated player and have been playing since North American PC release (and quit in 07')(then came back some time in May 2011) and would like to know if I am eligible for this Rounsey wand. I will be paying for a subscription to this game until it ceases to exist. ;) wonderful game. Also might try FFXIV 2.0! Thank you SE, and moderators and thanks everybody for giving my question of eligibility a look and being part of this awesome community.
