Both raptors and behemoths have an ability called Thunderbolt. The raptor version is a breath attack, while the behemoth version is an aoe attack. Since the behemoth version can now be learned by Blue Mages, I would suggest the raptor version to be renamed to Thunderbolt Breath or Volt Breath. (Seeing as Thunder Breath (wyvern NMs) and Lightning Breath (DRG wyvern) are already in use. The raptor version closely matches Thunder Breath though.)
Head Butt and Poison Breath have a similar problem, although in these cases the ability actually matches it's name each time; heads are being butt and poison is being breathed.

Also, the TP move "Berserk" from dolls is a Warcry effect, which is wrong on multiple levels.

Also Regeneration (leeches and kraken) and other things I'm probably forgetting. Not exactly a big deal, though. From the BLU perspective, there's absolutely no in-game hinting toward what monsters teach you what. As a result, they'll more than likely be looking up a list online somewhere and seeing these differences for the few spells a possible mix up can happen with.

Isn't this just unnecessary nitpicking?
Do the other language versions of FFXI have matching names also?

Yes. Yes, it is. But it's also very easy to fix, seeing as it's only the name of a NPC ability. Doesn't even need client changes, unless the BLU version is renamed. Locate the proper string resource, edit, done.
It won't add new functionality, or fix gamebreaking bugs, just addresses a very minor inconvenience.

Poison breath could be added to the list. Crawlers and Wolves have moves with the same name and BLU can only learn it from Wolves.

Head Butt? Mandragoras and Quadavs? That one got me for a while...
