In Ballista, the spell "Break" does not build immunity on the target with repeated use, unlike all other negative statuses:

Sleep,
Bind,
Gravity,
Silence

Etc.

The spell is also not subject to partial resists and despite having a large amount of resistance to the spell, the duration is never affected. It is very "Hit and Miss."

The spell seems harder to break in PvP with DoT than in PvE,

a 30/dot on a person should release the person from the effects of Break instantly.


The spell should be subject to the same penalty other enfeebles experience, and should have its duration shortened by "Resist Petrify" gear, as well as the base resist rate, like every other enfeeble in the game.

Unfortunately, as we cannot guarantee an official response to your report, I suggest keeping an eye on the www.PlayOnline.com (http://www.playonline.com/) website and http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/forums/84-Version-Updates for any updates about the "Break" spell.
