States you have Torchbearer of the 1st 2th,3th,4th,5th,6th. 8th 9th 11th an to N/a Slots.. 36 of us on leviathan server last night got titles for Flux 1 thur 10 npc has no title Recording for 7th an 10th Win but gave us 11th win but no access to 11th Flux
