Had an idea on how 95-99 level cap increase should be like, so bare wit meh..
you kno how level 70-75 you had to fight Maat to increase ur level cap to 75..
well i had this idea.. what if we had to fight a NM (not maat) but an opposite of our jobs, our weakness side. where we would get intimidated n such, our evasion lowered due to itz kind. like how SAM > Demons, or PLD > Undead, but switched up, not Demons > SAM kinda switched up but im sure theres some NMs out there that intimidate certain jobs, i seen it happen in Exp parties.. lol would be very interesting to go up againsts somethin ur job is weak too.. would be a exciting fight, difficult, frustrating kinda how Maat was ;) but different in my idea kind of way.. i think it would be a nice way to level from 95-99.. what ya guys/gals think?

Nooo!! I want something along the lines of the last 5 jobs 'shattering stars'. Having to fight someone of yor job, some important character though! Like Shantotto for blm, Aphmau for pup(maybe too much? Zonpa-Zippa?), etc...well, that's what I always thought it'd be cool, but whatever xD

that would be interesting! i myself wouldn't mind that...like for instance. for sch you would once again face schultz but this time...he's got friends. i think battles like these would epic with a requirement to make a party to win them.

Oh yeah. Let's make our limit breaks for parties. That won't at all be exclusionary to people who can't find others to help.

if you can;t find others to help you have another problem. I think the bcnm idea is kinda.... not thought out too well. Even Shinryu gets congested after 3 instances have been put up. 3000 players for the first few days? let's put some math to that shall we? lets say 5 areas with each 3 instances (round numbers are fun). 20 Mins per fight would mean 66 hours of waiting by full occupation.

Also, since JP players have a shorter connection to the servers they will get right of way...

Anyone remeber the queues for the loljobemotes with several mobs dropping items in the zone? I think that the current system with some merits and crests or whatever isn't very exciting, but at least it works. And perhaps you remember the other level cap quests where you had to fetch some groceries for maat?

To unlock levels 96-99 you will have to fight Maatryu. He is the Maat from an parallel dimension where he beat Promathia and bred with Prishe, thus creating the ultimate being, Maatryu.

lvl cap for 96-99 would be to level from 30-95 in abyssea as a requirement

I would much rather have to talk to an npc with 20 stored merit points to go from level 95-99. Just sayin.
