does anyone know if atomos is going to be a 2hr avatar or not? i for one hope both cait sith and atomos are going to be 2 new regular avatars, and think if atomos is then his bloodpact: wards should be pretty much all the different kinds of teleports like tele-holla, warp, retrace, recall.... finding some way to play with these would be handy

Already discussed. Caith sith going to be "regular" avatar and atmos going to be "2 hr" type. Though, this is just forum rumor it makes the most sense. Caith sith WILLNOT 2 hr, his will be Atomos. Much like the fight during Wings of the Goddess missions.

I'm pretty sure the community reps said it was that way, so not really a rumor but rather "this is how we intended to work August 2011" which still has room to change.

Besides SE always thinks their "destroy the world" avatars are too strong to have on a summon and needs to be on 2 hour. I guess Fenrir wasn't quite strong enough to destroy worlds.

If Caith Sith summons Atomos as its two hour then we are only getting one new avatar. I would not count Atomos as an independent avator if that is the case.
