TH Effectiveness Message Separate Filter

I'd really like to see the TH Effectiveness Message have it's own filter and not be tied into the Damage filters. I NEVER have anyone's damage unfiltered, everything just scrolls by too fast, especially important things like spells or JAs that need to be stunned, etc. When I play THF even my own damage is filtered (Triple/Quadruple attacks is a lot of chat log spam). When I'm duo'ing NMs I don't have time to stare at the NM to see that 'enlight' animation for TH effectiveness. I just wanna get my TH7 started so I can swap back to my normal Haste/TP gear. I'm sure there's times I miss it and have my Knife/Armlets/+2 Feet on for much longer than they need to be. I'd really love to be able to see that message even when Damage is filtered out.

While I agree with you it would be nice to have a separate filter for TH procs since while I do always have mine own damage on if there is another THF in the party I never see their procs since party members damage is always filtered. But I am able to tell you that if you are keeping your TH gear on for more than one round of attacks that you are keeping it on for too long. I know for a fact from experience that once you hit a mob with all you TH gear that is what the mobs TH level is set at for the rest of the fight until you proc and then it'll go up.

So say you have TH6 and hit the monster during one round with all your TH gear on and then take it off immediately after you next TH proc it will still be TH7.

Also this is supposed to be for feedback and suggestions for FFXI official websites not feedback or suggestions for everything. So next time probably should post this in the THF jobs section or somewhere more fitting. Anyway hope this helps and good luck to you in all your adventures.
