I donated money for the charity cap on on August 5th 2011.

I purchased a SE security token when they first came out, I linked my PoL account to the SE account, you had to do this to even use the security token. I received the token sometime after May 19th 2009, so it would have been linked within a few days of that.

I set up the click and pay August 3rd.

That all being said I DID NOT receive my charity cap on September 1st.

I contacted a GM. They sent me a automated message that they could not help and to use there online support.

I contacted there online support, I was supposed to hear from them in 48 hours or less. 5 days later I received an automated email that they could not help, I would have to call their support line.

I called their support line, a long distance number and I talked to a man named Nehemiah, they first explained to me that I did not have a SE account, then they explained I did not donate money, then they explained that I did not set up my SE account in time to receive the item, then proceeded to tell me that I may still get the item. Then I got hung up on.

If anyone else has had trouble with the charity cap, would you please let me know. I am holding out hopes that perhaps after the September version update I may still receive the charity cap.

Edit: Naturally, I logged in again today after posting this, and sure enough Charity Cap was in my DB, 13 days after Sept. 1st.
