Test Server Application Question

I seem to have met all the requirements to apply for the test server. 6 Jobs at 90, playing on PC, and I'm pretty sure my pol info has been transferred. Though how do I know if it isn't? And yet it tells me I have no characters that meed the admissions.

I figured it out. Apparently I did not do the transfer. And then I had to log out of the forums and then relog in for some reason.

Don't kill the messenger but it does say right in the instructions that you need to re-log.

My problem was that I relogged before transferring to a SE account and not realizing I had to do it again. Yeah, probably a dumb little mistake on my part.
