In regards to the Pebble stacking to 99 now, will the Pellet Belt also be augmented to dispense a stack of 99 instead of 12. Cause 12 rocks is crap.

Also, in regard to the pellet belt its self, is there anyway the devs. can look into this being a 1min ~ 10min. Cool down on the belt instead of 60min. This would increase the use of Pebbles.

I think that if they dispense 99 pebbles instead of 12, pebbles will get much more usage without a cooldown. You can always carry more then one belt. In fact, I have two that I was saving for leveling throwing (since nobody will help me do assaults to rank up) that I've decided to hold onto until after the update, just in case we do see an increase.
