View Full Version : Paid for world transfer and didn't get transfered...
Hello...
Last night I paid for your world transfer service to transfer my character from Leviathan to Bahamut. Yes I was logged out when I did the service transfer on your new website with click n' buy. After I received the confirmation email saying that my character was transferd to Bahamut I proceeded to login and my character logged into leviathan. I waited all night and am still logging into leviathan..?
I've also been looking everywhere for a CS phone number to just contact directly, but your tech support page just keeps referring me to "knowledge base articles" that do not apply to my situation and wont just give me a simple phone number... Can anyone help me or just give me the CS phone number???

Wow still no support?? I was finally able to get into a live chat and here's the log:

You: Ok, it made me to the account transfer last night too before I could purchase additional services
Agent Nic G: I understand. I need to verify ownership of the account via the ticketing system so that I can correct the problem for you.
You: Ok thank you
Agent Nic G: Thank you for visiting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center! Take care and hope to see you online!
Agent Nic G has disconnected.
Oh and guess what...??? I'm still on Leviathan and it looks like you guys had no problem taking my $25..... Starting to get frustrated and confused, thanks.
