Would there be anyway to make a linkshell that would twinkle/blink like a "Tidal Talisman"? Maybe something extra that you would have to buy of the SE site for in-game items?

Putting those lights on linkshell icons would be a major pain...
Also, I believe there are already a few more special items ingame with the twinkle effect:
* Mextli Harness
* Anhur Robe
* Fazheluo Radiant Mail
