If there was one NM who hasn't changed from when it was introduced it is Fistule.
How come all other NMs for empyrian weapons have gotten revamps as far as pop conditions on some and KI availability for other, but Fistule remains the same.
Right now the only way to claim it is to hold all 3 NMs used to spawn it and sit there and hold them, which in itself is against the ToS.
Why not change it to a ??? pop from KIs or from pop items from the monsters in the area near it. Much like the rest of Abyssea-Konschtat.
Please change Fistule's pop condition.
