Blacklist does not block /yell

I have a person Blacklisted, and their /yell still showed up on my screen.

In order to make sure that we have sufficient information for a thorough investigation, it would be a great help to us if you could tell us which zone were you in at the time that you experienced this. Also, please note whether or not you were just entering the zone when you saw the blacklisted player's yell. Thanks again for your participation!

Thank you for responding to my previous post. Unfortunately, while moving in between areas, it can take a few moments for the blacklist filter to reestablish itself , so it may be possible to see chat from blacklisted players when you enter a new zone. However, after the few moments have passed, the players would be filtered out again. If you continue to experience trouble from blacklisted players while you have remained in an area for quite some time, though, please let us know in a new thread, and please try to provide as many details as you can, so that we may be able to attempt to replicate your situation.
