I"m trying to complete the Waking dreams quest in order to get diabolos as a summon but everytime the cutscene with Kerutoto begins it shows her talking to Diabolos then the screen immediately jumps to black. Literally the last words displayed before it goes black are:
"Do you see what I went through all because of you!?"
Anybody else experiencing this? what should I do? I'm playing it on PS2.

Never hurts to do a File Check on FFXI from the POL viewer if you haven't done so in a long time.
If you don't know where it is, it's the "Check Files" button on left side of the main POL screen where it shows your accounts to select and log into. It could just be a corrupted dat that needs repairing.
