Okay, I'm trying to transfer over my stupid account to that stupid Crysta crap and everytime I try to transfer over it says that my PoL ID can't be transfered over. I've bought 2000 Crysta, All my stuff has been updated, everything should be golden. Why can't I change over to this stupid Crysta stuff?

This is honestly the dumbest thing I've ever tried to do. Why is it so needlessly complicated?

Is that all it says?
Does it not give any exact reason as to why it can not be transferred?
Have you linked the accounts?
Other than that, I can't think of anything else right now, except for suggesting contacting the Customer Service since they do not provide support for Account/Billing related issues here, at all. =/
And I do agree, it seems to be sort of an art to make it not-simple, even though they claim one of the reason for this change is to make it all more user-friendly and secure...

The account transfer took me like 2 minutes and I didn't have any problem. It didn't seem "needlessly complicated" to me; but some complication is to be expected when you convert something from an old, messed up system to a newer, slightly less messed up system.
I'm confused as to what your problem actually is. Are you not able to transfer your playonline account to a SE account? or are you just having a hard time switching payment methods?
