As a long time NIN, I've always found it hard to believe that this spell is currently used by mobs lower than Level 75 (Tonberries in the Temple for example); yet, we still have yet to get it in our own repertoire.
What gives? Perhaps a Dev or Community Rep can shed some light on this?

Ninja use to have it, but it was removed because it was to powerful.

It would be nice too cast that spell too monster but I doubt we will have it since square Enix loves too nerf players instead of making them become powerful.

i really dont see how adding a NI version of this spell would make nin powerful this day and age... it would just have a quicker cast off. all nin spells above 60 are just out of wack, it just seems as if SE just threw spells at us without the consideration of looking at what their doing. the whole spell learn list has to be revamp and merit section as well
What gives is the level cap raise was done to keep us occupied, and not with care and concern about job growth via spells or abilities. Sure they're throwing us bones but they aren't going to advance the game to where it should be at 99. So basically we're stuck with being level 75 +1 without major revisions to the game as it stands now.
We might get missing nin spells by 99 or merits but you can bet they'll be gimped.

No new Ni spells are coming in the 90>95 patch (actually, a new Ichi) so I really doubt they're magically gonna throw 10+ Ni spells at us during the 95>99 patch :D Altough it might happen for a couple of spells, I'm surely hoping for it!

Don't forget Monomi: Ni.

Monomi is all I care about.
I am fine with no Jubaku: Ni. Hell - I don't care if they don't add any more NIN spells apart from that, as long as they finally give us Monomi.
