No need to. With AF3+2 Helmet, Body and Hands as well as Ace's pants and feet, we pretty much get capped haste with any ordinary haste belt.
AF3+2 Helm, Body, Hands: 14%
Ace's Legs and feet: 7%
21%. Would just need a normal swift belt to cap. Goading belt if you REALLY wanted to make it capped for certain.

True, but more haste in the waist slot allows more options in other slots. Plus hey, double attack.

Well DRK gets Twilight Helm, mail and Scythe (arguebly cloak if it was useful) i think missing out on belt was fair

Fair obviously doesn't enter into the equation, else we wouldn't be talking about how to fix DRK lol.

That and we can use Goading belt.
Think about the 5 hit possibilities. With AF3+2 it's easier to reach the 25% cap.
Having goading belt which packs 5% haste and store TP+5 is way better *for me* , compared to twilight belt.

Not, but it would be entertaining, at the very least, and expand gear options somewhat.
