NPC Ratoto not showing up in Upper Jeuno

I went to start my level 60 limit break quest for my NPC fellow and the NPC Ratoto is not showing up where she is supposed to be in Upper Jeuno. I even went as far as to go /rng and Widescan for her which worked, but it only leads me to the spot where she should be. I checked on my alt also and she is still not showing up. Please help! Thanks! :cool:

Zoned a bunch managed to target a blank spot where she should be and got the CS I needed. Others say they can see her but she is still a ghost for me lol. Oh well...

It appears that you had resolved this issue on your own. Though you may be having a bit of a latency issue.
