View Full Version : Regarding Bought Abyssea content

Hej Square Enix,

I have a question for you that I hope you can help me solve.

On my 2nd account I strongly remember me beeing bought the 3 abyssea content zones, I even have codes for it, but when I log ingame it dosen't show as active on my screen, the are kinda dark faded. I have done the Abyssea quest and I do get stones from Joachim NPC in Port Jeuno. So I'm wondering what has happend or have I to acitvate these before the turn up as active on my screen?

I logged onto my https://secure.square-enix.com/ and according to that I should have full accsess to all Abysseas, so there must be some failuers why these dosen't show when I log this account online from my laptop. But I do appriciate if you could look furter more into this case and see whats happend thanks!

I believe the technical support here can not assist you with this, but can only direct you to contact the Customer Service regarding your account-related issue.

You can find the appropriate contact details by:


following the SQUARE ENIX logo on the top-left side here,
selecting your region,
then Support from the upper-right and next,
select Final Fantasy XI and there click on Contact,
and finally, GET SUPPORT below the Customer Service section.

From there, select the appropriate category and you will be given the contact details.


As for the issue at hand, first thing that comes to mind is to check that you have Rise of the Zilart as well as the Wings of the Goddess expansion packs properly installed on the machine for these are required for the Abyssea content to be available.

You specifically mention a laptop; is the content available for your other account on another machine? If so, is it not available for the second account on that machine either?

Aside from that, the Customer Service (not in this Forum) will probably be able to assist more with it.
