If I transfer my account right now, when will I next be billed?

I remember reading that after transferring, rather than being billed at the beginning of the month, you'll be billed according to the date you joined. I joined on Sept. 19, 2008, so if I do that now, will I get no bill in a couple hours and just pay a "prorated" bill on the 19th?

the change in billing was that it is no longer on the first of each month, but every 30 days. Has nothing to do with your original start date. My next billing due date shows for Sept. 1. so it will bill then and be good until sept. 30. Next billing on Oct. 1. but since Oct has 31 days in it, the following billing will be due on Oct. 31st.

I assume they are doing the 30 day thing to avoid any prorating in the future. So if a new player starts on the 15th of the month, they get their free month, and are billed starting on the 31st day after they signed up; and then will be billed in 30 day increments from that point out.

It makes it a bit more difficult for the players because the due date is not going to be the same date every month any longer.

At least that is my understanding

yeah, once you do the transfer, it will tell you your specific billing date, so you can check on it. My last billing was in POL system, so mine was showing 9/1 as my billing date.
