THANK YOU ITS ABOUT TIME!!!

On Banish IV, Banishga III and Holy II i know from expirence that if buffed and equipped Whm can be a Nice little nuker! they shoudl had these spells at 80-85 since mobs had them by 75. still no Diaga II but not a big deal. i would love to see a Banish V set at 99 as first off WHM has alot healing it already needs. so give it some new toys.

Thief! Banish IV is spirits only! Give it back!

I'm hoping for a Repose II now to be honest. Something to the lines of Sleep II type of accuracy and longer duration compared to Sleep I.

I'm just going to assume saying a spell is spirits only is a joke, because that's the only intelligent explanation.

Repose is equivalent to Sleep II (high accuracy, 90 second duration, overwrites Sleep, but not Sleep II, and Sleep II does not overwrite), except White Mage has a much higher skill rank in Divine then Black Mage has in Enfeebling. I don't have high expectations for a Repose II.

Reposega would be nice however.

isn't repose's potency already on par with sleep 2/sleepga 2?

I meant increase in duration. Like how the duration from Sleep I to Sleep II was increased, along with accuracy. Since accuracy isn't really an issue with anything besides PLD mobs and those who resist light magic, the accuracy wouldn't increase that much either (except on PLD mobs and those who resist light magic).

Reposega, yes please.

BTW, Camate already mentioned that banish IV and Banishga III will not be added this update even though they are on the terst server now. So I highly doubt we will ever see Banish V.

What's wrong with that? Let us both have Sleep III/Repose II

Personally, I'd hope they'd give out Reposega before they make a Repose II, but I'll take what they give out if I have to.

Diaga II. Made hot and fresh, just for you!

As far as new spells go, I'd love to see an Area of Effect form of Repose. Now that Horde Lullaby II is out, I think it's a big possibility.

For changes to abilities being tested, I'd liked to see Sacrosanctity remain as-is but with about half of it's current recast. Ten minutes is pretty nuts for an ability that lasts for one instance of magic damage with the pace of FFXI being what it is, but I love the general concept behind the ability.

Diaga II. Made hot and fresh, just for you!

I always found Diaga funny, since it is pretty much just "keep mobs alive so they kill your party -aga" or more usefully, "wipe shadows spell" but I suppose Diaga II would be effective when farming mobs with AOE weapon skills. We're more overdue for this spell then we are for Banish IV, which is pretty sad.

I have found always Diaga to be a spell vital to an enjoyable Final Fantasy XI experience...whenever someone whom I don't like has just slept multiple monsters.

...whenever someone whom I don't like has just slept multiple monsters.

Sadly, loudmouth epeen damage dealers, who tend to be much more irritating then even the most overzealous Black Mage with a deathwish, generally do not cast sleep or sleepaga.

I'd love to see WHM get Reviviscence. I've fallen in love with it ever since the WHM NPC from Pashhow Marshlands [S]. Would be VERY useful to use on tanks that go down during a big NM fight! Come on SE show WHM some love!!
