Stalwart Soul

I wonder if SE gave us a new tier for Stalwart Soul...anyone who has access to the test server can you please check this. If by some lucky chance SE did give us a new tier the hp cost reduction from using Souleater would be -60%. What that would mean is that with Souleater drk can convert %10 of the drk's current hp into raw damage at the cost of -4% of the drk's current health.

I do like to see equipment which enhances souleater and stalwart soul that stacks.

I really hope we get an extra tier of this, the least I can hope for is a more efficient soul eater
