Tier I Jugnar

I went to Jugnar Forest near the Abyssea Maw to change my clear abyssite to colorful. The monster popped, or so it said. I saw nothing. It was hitting me but that was the only sign it had popped. I moved around looking for it but could not see anything at all. There were no signs of it on chat log either. Just my hit points going down down down. Finally I used my warp scroll and warped out, which did not get interrupted either.
